Order List

Note: When a store is set to Auto Fulfillment, orders will automatically request fulfillment.

The Order page displays all orders placed from stores integrated with the Pawdo system or created manually within the system.

On this page, the system allows users to manage and track all store orders based on status, customer information, design, address, tracking, and fulfillment fees, as detailed below:

  • Order Status
StatusDetails
AllDisplays all orders in any status.
UnfullfiledOrders that have not completed the information verification steps.
On-HoldOrders that are temporarily paused.
ReadyOrders that have completed all verification steps and are ready for payment.
PaidOrders that have been successfully paid.
Awaiting processOrders waiting to be produced.
ProcessingOrders currently in production.
Cancel FulfillmentOrders canceled at the seller's request.
Cancel ProduceOrders with production canceled.
Cancel shipOrders with shipping canceled.
Ship outOrders handed over to the carrier.
DeliveredOrders successfully delivered to the customer.
Pick upOrders not yet received by the customer, requiring pickup at the carrier’s post office.
ExceptionOrders that encountered issues and could not be delivered to the customer.

StatusDetails
AllDisplays all orders in any address status.
PendingAwaiting address verification.
ValidAddress is correct.
InvalidAddress is incorrect.
  • Artwork
StatusDetails
AllDisplays all orders in any artwork status.
MissingOrder lacks a design.
IncompletedOrder contains a design that does not match the SKU template.
InvalidOrder has completed the design verification step.
