Transaction statistics

The Billing page allows sellers to track and manage payments related to fulfillment services. The interface displays key metrics such as fulfillment costs, transaction history, current service plan, and account balance.

At the top of the page, statistics for Fulfillment Cost Paid, Fulfillment Cost Refunded, and Deposits are shown based on the selected time period for the store in the system.

  • Deposits – Records the seller’s deposit history.

The table includes the following columns:

  • Created: Transaction creation time.
  • Transaction ID: Unique transaction identifier for tracking or verification.
  • Amount: Deposit amount for the transaction.
  • Type: Payment method (e.g., Airwallex, Paypal, etc.).
  • Status: Transaction status, including:
    • Completed: Transaction is finalized, and funds are credited to the account.
    • Pending: Transaction is awaiting processing.
  • Admin Deposits – Records the history of deposits made by the admin for the seller.

  • Bills – Records the system’s automatic payment history for fulfilled orders. Each entry corresponds to one order.

  • Fulfillment Refund – Records the history of refunds to the store.

When an order has been paid but cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the system generates a transaction to refund the corresponding amount to the seller’s store.
