Manage orders with issues (Ticket support)

The order issue management feature allows sellers to create support tickets for customer service (CS) to handle problematic orders.

Click Create Ticket on the screen to display the creation interface. To create a support ticket for an order issue on the Create Ticket interface, follow these steps:

  1. Order Number: Select the order number experiencing the issue (note: only orders created within the last 30 days can be selected).
  2. Category: Choose the type of issue encountered (e.g., shipping issues, printing errors, defective products, etc...).
  3. Preferred Solution: Select the desired solution (e.g., refund, reprint, reshipment, etc...).
  4. Description: Provide a detailed description of the issue to ensure CS has sufficient information to process the request.
  5. Attachment: Add illustrative images by dragging and dropping or clicking Add File to upload (maximum 5 images, 10MB total, PNG/JPG formats).
  6. After filling in all details, click Send to submit the ticket to the support team. To cancel, click Cancel.

Note: Providing clear and specific information will help CS process the ticket more quickly and accurately.

The Ticket Support management interface allows filtering and searching based on: Ticket Status, ReadAt, Category, Sub-category, Date.
