1. US: Shipping rates for this zone apply only within the United States. The following U.S. states/territories incur higher shipping fees due to being in remote shipping areas:
   • Hawaii
   • Alaska
   • Puerto Rico
   • Guam
   • U.S. Virgin Islands
   • Northern Mariana Islands
   • Armed Forces Americas
   • Armed Forces Pacific

Note: The following areas cannot be shipped to due to being military addresses:

1. APO - Army Post Office
2. FPO - Fleet Post Office
3. AE - Armed Forces Europe

2. AU: Shipping rates for this zone apply only to Australia.

3. Zone 1: Shipping rates for this zone apply only to the following countries:

   • GB - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
